Following the modern architectural trend, Evergreen Media’s office in downtown Rapid City has visible rafters. These metallic beams give the office an industrial feeling that contrasts with the modern office furnishings. Our office is in the historic Dean Building, constructed in 1929 for a motor company. In 2016, the building laid empty so a group of locals decided to revitalize the building. It now houses not only Evergreen Media, but also a coffee shop, a baby boutique, and high-end apartments.
Our rafters hold up the house of huge ideas getting thrown around daily here everyday. Like our sturdy architectural support, our advertising partners support our ideas.
