EGM gets the GOLD

Since the early 1900’s, the American Advertising Federation (AAF) has been unifying the voice of advertising and connecting professionals across the nation.

In 2016, Evergreen Media entered into our local chapter’s American Advertising Awards — one of the industry’s largest creative competitions, attracting nearly 35,000 professional and student entries each year across the country. We walked away with a Silver for an external client project and knew we would be back.

This year, we are honored to announce Evergreen Media has won both a Gold and Silver ADDY for two client projects we’ve had the opportunity working on this past year.

Entries that receive the coveted Gold ADDY for being recognized as the highest level of creative excellence are automatically forwarded onto the next tier of the competition. Follow along on Facebook as we hear more details!

It’s Here: Southern Hills Vacation Guide

Tourism is something that is close to our team’s hearts. Being located in the beautiful Black Hills, and publishing Black Hills Visitor guide since day one of our company’s lifetime, it’s easy to fall in love with promoting our area.

In the summer of 2018, our team was contacted by a group of Chamber of Commerce Directors in the southern Hills with an opportunity to assist with telling their story. Publish a vacation guide promoting such a fun area in our region? Absolutely!

A Renovation Timeline :: Part 4 :: September 2016


The Evergreen Media team really knows how to party! And by “party,” we mean crack open a can of paint and bring a little life to the walls of our new office space; there was pizza involved, so we’re pretty sure this event counts as a party. The whole team gathered at the end of the workday to brush and roll our way to a brighter, more colorful work space. From a classy gray-taupe in Rick’s office to autumnal shades of red, orange, green and gold marching down the hall, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. Publishers are traditionally known for having ink under their fingernails; we upped the ante by mixing in a little paint!
